ToplineHome Gardena Fencing provides fence installation, repair, and replacement services in Gardena, CA and surrounding areas. We offer wood, vinyl, chain-link, aluminum, pool, and commercial fencing solutions. All services are subject to availability and our standard business practices.
Quotes and Estimates
We provide free estimates for our services. All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Final pricing may vary based on site conditions, material availability, or changes requested by the customer. We will inform you of any price changes before proceeding with work.
Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in your service agreement. We typically require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
Warranties and Guarantees
We stand behind our work. Our installations come with a workmanship warranty, and materials are covered by manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty terms will be provided in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather events, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or HOA approvals before installation. You must also ensure clear access to the work area and notify us of any underground utilities. We recommend calling 811 before any digging work begins.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made after work has begun may be subject to fees for materials purchased and work completed.
Limitation of Liability
ToplineHome Gardena Fencing is not liable for delays or damages caused by circumstances beyond our control, including weather, material shortages, or utility issues. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
